I spent yet another weekend looking for some real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Keller, Texas.  I spent most of Saturday looking at real estate in Prosper, TX and also in the Little Elm, Texas area with a real estate agent who really knew his stuff.  Shout out to those guys, even though I ultimately didn't choose anything.  Oh well, at least my Cowboys won.  Oh, wait... maybe it's too soon to bring that up after the Arizona game and now this one.  Ugh.


Not even a good home inspector like Paul Bateman could help me out with finding a good spot, it seems I am doomed to stay a renter for another year.  With the real estate market in Dallas at a seeming bottom of the bottom, I thought it would be a good time to get into the real estate game, but I guess I was wrong.  Other notes: the Cowboys game was a bust.  I liked the Ticket's white elephant day last week and I hope this chili I made lasts me through the week.  Also went to Dream Cafe which was great as usual.  And damn, those Packers look unstoppable this time of year, so jealous.
