My place isn't exactly what you would call "classy" and I needed the best interior design help in the worst way.  Luckily, my aunt told me about Baker Interior Design Group in Dallas, TX, a team she had used for years since moving to Dallas in the late 90s.  While Dallas has many wonderful interior design firms, I am glad I went with Baker.  They sat me down and explained, and rightfully so, that my place was a total dump and needed some exquisite flair to it.  All of my wanton needs had to go out the window.  After contacting the design firm, they figured out what I needed to make my place look like an actual human lives in it.  No more Playstation games lying around.  I actually feel like an adult.

The new place looks great and I am very pleased with Baker's ability to make even the biggest derelict like me look classy after some TLC.  I appreciate it!

I spent yet another weekend looking for some real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and Keller, Texas.  I spent most of Saturday looking at real estate in Prosper, TX and also in the Little Elm, Texas area with a real estate agent who really knew his stuff.  We even looked at some Denton real estate way up north of town off 35.  Shout out to those guys, even though I ultimately didn't choose anything.  Oh well, at least my Cowboys won.  Oh, wait... maybe it's too soon to bring that up after the Arizona game and now this one.  Ugh.

Not even a good home inspector like Paul Bateman could help me out with finding a good spot, it seems I am doomed to stay a renter for another year.  With the real estate market in Dallas at a seeming bottom of the bottom, I thought it would be a good time to get into the real estate game, but I guess I was wrong.  Other notes: the Cowboys game was a bust.  I liked the Ticket's white elephant day last week and I hope this chili I made lasts me through the week.  Also went to Dream Cafe which was great as usual.  And damn, those Packers look unstoppable this time of year, so jealous.
